It would be amazing if there was a favorite bar along the top of the WHM interface where we could add links from the left menu. With session keys in the url browser favorites don't work so well.
Favorites section in the menu WHM and channel
It would be nice to have a favorites menu created by right clicking a menu entry and placing it in or deleting from the favorites menu.
You can modify /var/cpanel/customizations/includes/global_header.html.tt to control the shortcuts that appear at the top of cPanel, but according to support, there's no supported way to do this for the shortcuts at the top of WHM (where it has News Change Log Logout). It would be nice if there was a supported way of doing this rather than modifying /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/templates/menu/topframe.tmpl and reapplying your changes if it gets overwritten.
This could either be the ability to override the file or some simple interface in WHM where you can edit shortcut links that show up there and then the template file reads that data and prints out the links.
As a server administrator I would like to be able to define a list of my 'Favorites' in the WHM interface (even when deep into different pages and sub-pages of the interface) similar to bookmarks, so that I can quickly and easily access my most common interfaces without having to re-authenticate.
As a system administrator, I would like to be able to customize the categories and links on the WHM Home screen to include the categories and links I use most often. I just upgraded to WHM 76, and the current redesign of the Home screen includes items that I rarely use, and none of those I use on a daily basis.
Please Restore the WHM homepage with ALL buttons like it was before v76.0.4.
This limited selection of buttons make no sense. These are definitely NOT the buttons I use frequently.
Or better as a Feature Request: let me as a WHM user decide what buttons / functions I want to see and use on the homepage.
for years it has been easy to navigate WHM. Why put the least used icons in your primary real estate without giving an easy way to customize what "WE" use most. Who put "Reseller" options over "Security" as the most used icons?
