NGINX support passing the IP header to Apache.

Needs Review

At this time the new NGINX does not pass the visitor's IP header to Apache. This basically renders any IP firewalls impotent. Additionally, it prevents any IP filtering on the website itself, and hampers other functions on websites that require ip to to geolocation.

You'll need to install mod_remoteip as outlined in the following article: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360051107513-Restoring-visitors-IP-with-mod-remoteip, unfortunately we didn't do this by default due to the security implications.
