Please Add a function to lets us remove unused Languages in Cpanel

when you add this function, please be sure that when we run the script 

 /usr/local/cpanel/bin/build_locale_databases
It does not recreate the deleted languages

The Blog talks only about the translation but not about the function I need?

Please try to add all languages to the script: scripts9/delete_locale_form (Delete a Locale), and once deleted you can add the deleted languages to exclude from the update and rebuild.
