Hide Wordpress Toolkit from cPanel only

We have repeatedly found ourselves in a scenario where we would like to hide the Wordpress toolkit features from cPanel users while still using it for that account from the WHM server level. Some clients seem to get too excited with the toolkit features and end up breaking things. Disabling Wordpress toolkit and Wordpress toolkit deluxe in feature manager also appear to remove the ability for the toolkit to function on the WHM level. A way to hide this icon or button from certain cPanel accounts doesn't seem like too much of an ask.

An excellent idea, in my opinion. Would the default state for a completely new install of cPanel & WHM be to have both of these checkboxes checked?

I guess the solution I am imagining is to allow Wordpress Toolkit to work from WHM level whether or not those boxes are check.
