.ZIP option for full cPanel backups, not just TAR.GZ

Needs Review

As a hosting account admin, I'd like the option to create and download full cPanel backups in .ZIP format, not just the TAR.GZ format.

This is because some clients genuinely wish to pull apart their backups, to get to stored content.

And most of our business clients use MS Windows desktop PCS, and are familiar with the native ability of Windows to unzip .ZIP files, but are not at all familiar with the TAR.GZ format, and don't have the skills or tools to uncompress it.
