Scheduled updates at specific time for all sites

Needs Review

Despite disabling wp-cron with the

define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', true);
method, updates continue to run if you have "Auto Updates" in the plugin area ticked, when a user goes to a website and if there is an update available.
You can schedule a cron job to run the updates at your preferred time, however, if an update becomes available after that time, then the above paragraph occurs.
It would be great to be able to STOP this from happening and for auto updates to ONLY run at a scheduled time (during the middle of the night).
Can you please create an option where updates can be scheduled (with a nice GUI interface) to ONLY run at a specified time.
Auto updates need to run one after another, not all at once, like this:
Website 1 - updates 1, then 2, then 3 etc
Website 2 - updates start when all of Website 1 updates have been installed
etc

Should add, the problem with updates working the way WordPress currently have them, is that you get, sometimes, hundreds of updates in the middle of the day, taking server resources and meaning that users are locked out of a website while the updates run. Completely idiotic of WordPress.
