Ability to change the default SpamAssassin required_score

As a Web Hosting Provider, I would like to be able to change the default SpamAssassin required_score to simplify the process of setting custom spam score values for a server.

The default required score for treating emails as spam is set to 5.0.

Changing this value (server wide) currently involves

1. Modifying /etc/mail/spamassassin/ to set the new value.

2. Running `/scripts/update_spamassassin_config`

3. Restarting spamd `/scripts/restartsrv_spamd`

This is not user friendly and worse still, this isn't updated in the cPanel interface so you can't see that your modification worked. The interface still shows 5 even though the modification IS in effect.

5 lets in too much spam on my server. 4 would work out fine. It is the recommended setting for well tested servers.

I know of other people who think 5 is too strict and would like to set the default required score to 8.

In either case, it would be nice to have a tweak setting for this.
