Ability to edit "contact manager" options via command line

With a large number of servers deployed, manually updating the contact options within WHM on a per system basis becomes extremely time consuming. Apart from /dev/null'ing any and all messages coming from the server or working up some other outgoing filtering magic, it would be nice to be able to edit these options via a command line utility, yaml file or similar.

This is already possible.

Editing the recipients is done by specifying CONTACTEMAIL, CONTACTPAGER, AIMUSER, and ICQUSER's value within:

/etc/wwwacct.conf

Editing the priority levels for the contact types (pager, email, etc) is done within:

/var/cpanel/clevels.confEditing the individual alert levels for the various notifications is done within:/var/cpanel/iclevels.conf
