SpamAssassin to scan outbound messages

As a Server Administrator, I want SpamAssassin to scan outbound messages, so that I can prevent spam coming from my server.

Also I believe that besides the limit per account will be very useful if you integrate the spamassasin in the outgoing messages so in case a user try to send a well known spam message the system blocks the attend and also send a notification to the sys admin so we can know about it cause I believe sometimes the mail user equipment can get infected and the outgoing filter should be capable of stop the attend as I explain before.

"Scan outgoing messages for spam" is now an option in 11.34 (currently in edge).

This is a huge feature that that will definitely help prevent ip blacklisting. One thing it's missing though is the ability to set the outgoing spam score threshold (globally).

This should also have the option to scan forwarders.

Can you confirm that this does not scan forwarders? I can't believe this problem hasn't been resolved yet.

@alinford, @stormy, I'm not sure if you mean secondary mx by saying forwarders, but I opened a feature request about secondary mx (and a quick fix while CPanel decides to solve the issue): http://features.cpanel.net/responses/spamassassin-when-cpanel-is-backup-mail-server-aka-secondary-mx

Shame this isn't usable on a shared server.
