It sounds like you're looking for functionality that already exists within the product.

Email Archiving

http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/CpanelDocs/EmailArchiving

This allows the archival of all email for specific (or all) domains. This includes both inbound and outbound messages.

However, I see that your feature request here requests this functionality at the per-user level rather than the per-domain level. Is this the case? If so, please let me know and I will adapt the title of this feature request accordingly to clarify that you're asking for further granularity of the existing Email Archiving feature.

Is it often that you only want to archive mail for a specific user? I would imagine the more common use case is for an entire domain.

UPDATE 2014-02-24

I've adjusted the title of this feature request in accordance with your update so that it reflects your desire for per-user/per-defined group adjustments.

+1. That's more good solution even emails archiving incoming-22-15-2013 is a dirty way. If some of our users accidently delete all emails from inbox, it's pain to find in folders for that user's emails

Thanks.
