optional clam | maldet screening prior to account backup

As a sysadmin & shared hosting provider, I would like the option to automagically scan a ~homedir prior to backups, so that impacted/infected files (or kit garbage) can be quarantined or disappeared outright;

#####################################

Ideally, for those super-packed in systems with straight-up strict quotas (not GB/TB).

This would require certain sanity-salvaging safeguards, primarily a limit on a user's file count & overall utilization, or abort. Presumably, create a sub-directory within the resulting tarball that houses any matches in /quarantine/ (preserve the directory structure, or, provide a path report).. and of course provide detail to the admin through the backup report.

Then, the actual healing process can begin.

Thanks for your time & consideration!

not sure about this, could be an option, cause on systems with not excessive CPU/RAM it will possibly cause high load and/or delay the backup process
