Separate MySQL backups

For backup purposes, we should be able to reliably backup all server settings but omit account MySQL databases if we want to - we need to rely on replication for our MySQL backup (12GB+), so don't need the databases backed up... BUT cPanel will need its databases backed up... so the simplest thing is to keep them the away from our databases to make backup and upgrade testing simpler.
