Support updating MySQL via the command line

/scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL50 uninstalled

/scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL51 installed

/scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL55 uninstalled

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix

This works for changing MySQL versions from the command line. It would be nice if at some point in this process, it automatically updated /var/cpanel/cpanel.config with the new version of MySQL. This is especially relevant at this time when upcp won't complete without 5.0 being upgraded to 5.1 and it checks that config file to determine that.

Anything else that would make this easier, like automatically creating a proper easyapache profile and then running it to recompile apache/php to the same version they were using before the MySQL version change would be icing on the cake.
