To be able to chance the backup system to use mysqldump -f

As a server administrator, I would like to be able to pass a flag to the pkgacct script that would trigger it running a forced MySQL dump of the databases, and allowing me to take an account backup even if my customer’s databases are corrupt.

I agree to this request. My customer has lost 4 years of his work because db dump made by cpanel was partial. Mysqldump by default stops after an error. With flag --force it completes dump process event in case of errors.

For now I have find a workaround, flags to mysqldump can be set on this file: /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Pkgacct/Components/Mysql.pm around line 120.

But I think this could be setted by default.
